1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations through extensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
3. Engage in clienteling activities to identify customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase sales.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market.
5. Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring their comfort.
6. Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
7. Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.

2. Strong understanding of fashion trends and luxury market dynamics.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
