- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations through extensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
- Engage in clienteling activities to identify customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase sales.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring their comfort.
- Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and luxury market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in clienteling and CRM systems.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
