- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets monthly and seasonally.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to Gucci's selling ceremony.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent, exceptional customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
