1. 2+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
2. Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
3. High degree of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
4. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Work authorization in the United States.

The base salary range for this position is $16.90 to $18.00 USD per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
