1. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
3. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring high levels of customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture meaningful customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
5. Maintain an organized client book and provide follow-up on sales or client requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
7. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional experience.
8. Maintain security standards within the store.
9. Contribute to upholding visual display standards.
10. Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
11. Adhere to Gucci image standards and guidelines.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
3. Proven ability to drive and exceed results and build lasting relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Strong organization and follow-up skills.
6. Accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
8. Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
9. High flexibility and adaptability to different customers.
10. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $16.85 USD to $17.00 USD.
