4. Proactively engage and establish strong client relationships, ensuring clients feel valued upon entering the store.
5. Utilize styling expertise to mix-and-match products, catering to client needs.
6. Develop and expand both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or within the hospitality sector.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
