4. Proactively engage with clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer tailored solutions to clients.
6. Develop and maintain a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
