- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers to exceed their needs, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and selling ceremony history.
- Advise customers on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring customer comfort.
- Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential clients.
- Guarantee cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborating and proposing effective solutions.
- Manage the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci's visual standards.
- Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory of merchandise.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Passion for fashion with strong business acumen and strategic vision.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and dynamic environment.
- Team player with a desire to be part of a motivated group.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or related fields.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
