- Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets, enhancing and developing the business.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
- Capture meaningful customer data using company CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities.
- Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing appropriate follow-up.
- Discuss and advise clients on general fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster open communication, ensuring a consistent exceptional experience and contributing to a positive working environment.
- Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Uphold the visual display of all products in accordance with Gucci visual standards.
- Contribute to daily store operations by maintaining a neat and organized understock and stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and guidelines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
