- Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal sales targets for both individual and store performance, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data through CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales and requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, fostering a positive working environment.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stockroom and understock area.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $16.50 USD to $18.00 USD.
Eligible employees may participate in a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401K plan. An incentive program is also available, subject to performance.
