4. Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
6. Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience working in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or within the hospitality sector.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in Norwegian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
