1. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and achieve store targets.
3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and brand heritage to educate clients.
4. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.
3. Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in fashion or business is preferred.
