- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and brand heritage to educate clients.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.
- Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in fashion or business is preferred.
