- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
- Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
- Present products effectively to engage and convince clients through storytelling.
- Maintain an adequate and appropriate stock of items on the sales floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and offering personalized advice.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, client reservations, orders, and receiving items.
- Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess thorough knowledge and management of stock.
- Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
- Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and losses.
- Professional Baccalaureate
- BTS or DUT
- Experience in sales
- Experience in luxury retail
- Ambassador of the brand and its values
- Product knowledge and sales techniques
- Passion for fashion and the luxury sector
- Proficiency in French and English, with a third language appreciated
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Customer service orientation and persuasive abilities
- Understanding of luxury codes
- Ability to work in a team
Previous experience in sales, particularly within the luxury sector, is required.
