1. Develop a strong knowledge of Gucci's history and heritage
2. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
3. Ensure the sales area and boutique are maintained according to Gucci's visual presentation standards
4. Present products effectively to convince clients through storytelling
5. Maintain an appropriate quantity of items on the sales floor
6. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and offering personalized advice
7. Foster communication between team members and clients
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets
9. Meet KPI objectives
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders
11. Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization
12. Possess good knowledge and management of stock
13. Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register
14. Apply CRM procedures to develop the boutique's client database
15. Comply with boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and losses

1. Professional Baccalaureate
2. BTS or DUT
3. Experience in sales
4. Experience in luxury

1. Ambassador of the brand and its values
2. Product knowledge and sales techniques
3. Passionate about fashion and luxury
4. Fluent in French and English, third language appreciated
5. Good presentation and communication skills
6. Service-oriented and persuasive
7. Understanding of luxury codes
8. Teamwork

Experience in sales and luxury is required.
