- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Collect and input meaningful customer information into the CRM system throughout the client journey.
- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Guide clients to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering exemplary service both in-store and remotely.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
- Engage with clients to understand their purchase motivations and select products that meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain a local and international client base, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
- Utilize knowledge of Gucci products and storytelling to engage clients.
- Stay informed about competitors and local client demographics to provide optimal solutions.
- Enhance the client experience with insights into local lifestyle trends.
- Understand and execute back-of-house procedures and store operations.
- Manage transactions, payment processes, and general store administration.
- Execute visual merchandising standards according to guidelines.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different customer needs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Fluency in English and/or regional/foreign language.
