- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, enhancing business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality customer service and sales.
- Capture and maintain meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book for regular client contact and follow-up.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional customer experience and a positive work environment.
- Maintain store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
- Organize and maintain stockroom and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-focused with a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High flexibility and adaptability to different customer needs.
- Fluency in French and English.
