Gucci Client Advisor

- Deliver an exceptional client experience by greeting, advising and assisting customers while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and the Gucci selling ceremony.
- Proactively build and strengthen long-term client relationships, adapt approach to diverse nationalities and personalities, and secure client loyalty.
- Use company CRM tools to capture and update customer information, identify high-potential clients and support clienteling activities.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Support store operations including product replenishment, inventory control and adherence to Gucci visual merchandising standards.
- Foster open, collaborative communication with colleagues and contribute constructive solutions to enhance store performance.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in luxury retail or high-end fashion.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated passion for fashion and knowledge of luxury market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to initiate and sustain face-to-face client conversations.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to brand standards and collaborative problem solving.

Several years of frontline experience in luxury retail or fashion sales, with demonstrable results in client acquisition, retention and achieving sales objectives.
High school diploma or equivalent; a tertiary qualification in fashion, business or retail is advantageous.
