1. Experience in high-end retail; experience in fashion/luxury is advantageous.
2. Strong enthusiasm for interacting with customers and colleagues.
3. Excellent customer service orientation.
4. Proven sales acumen with the ability to close sales effectively.
5. Enjoyment of working within an international and familial team environment.
6. Strong understanding of the luxury segment and its products.
7. Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
