1. Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreaches, average ticket, NPS, and conversion rate.
2. Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and cultivate brand loyalty using various clienteling tools.
3. Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training both in-person and virtually.
4. Support the back-of-house team with cycle count and stock take processes as required.

1. Full availability across Monday to Sunday.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
3. Passion for delivering exceptional service and acting as a brand ambassador.
