Gucci Client Advisor

- Achieve commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction, Units Per Transaction, Average Unit Retail, Cross Selling, and Conversion.
- Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and personalized service.
- Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with Gucci Service Standards, including proactive follow-up on client inquiries and after-sales services.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
- Engage in continuous learning and training to maintain product knowledge and stay informed about best sellers and new arrivals.
- Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as required.
- Utilize company tools and applications effectively and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Participate actively in company platforms and comply with Gucci and Kering policies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within high-volume retail or luxury service industries.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on sales and exceeding KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury retail or service industry is preferred.
