Gucci Client Advisor

- Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreaches, average ticket, NPS, and conversion rate.
- Engage with clients and build long-term relationships using clienteling tools to cultivate brand loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training both in-person and virtually through the Gucci Retail Training portal.
- Support the back of house team with cycle count and stock take processes as required.
- Full availability across Monday to Sunday.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Energetic with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in luxury retail is preferred, though not mandatory.
