- Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreaches, average ticket, NPS, and conversion rate.
- Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and cultivate brand loyalty using various clienteling tools.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training modules, both in-person and virtually through the Gucci Retail Training portal.
- Support the back-of-house team with cycle count and stock take processes as required.
- Full availability across Monday to Sunday.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service as a brand ambassador.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit to achieve store targets and KPIs.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in luxury retail is preferred, though not mandatory.
