1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
2. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and brand heritage to effectively communicate with clients.
3. Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
4. Foster long-term relationships with clients by offering tailored advice and product recommendations.
5. Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are upheld to reflect the brand's luxury image.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.
3. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are an asset.

3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a customer service role within the fashion industry.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion or business is preferred.
