Responsibilities
- Serve customers according to Gucci selling ceremony
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers
- Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers
- Monitor and update customer information using company tools
- Ensure the achievement of individual and store goals
- Foster open communication with team members
- Manage the visual display of products according to Gucci standards
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor
- Replenish products and conduct physical inventory of merchandise
- Follow company grooming standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury
- Excellent commercial awareness and customer attitude
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
- Team-player mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
- Luxury product knowledge
