1. Serve customers according to Gucci selling ceremony
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers
3. Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories
4. Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients
5. Build and strengthen relationships with customers
6. Monitor and update customer information using company tools
7. Ensure the achievement of individual and store goals
8. Foster open communication with team members
9. Manage the visual display of products according to Gucci standards
10. Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor
11. Replenish products and conduct physical inventory of merchandise
12. Follow company grooming standards
