1. Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging available data and store systems to understand performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Maximise revenue through consistent cross-selling and upselling techniques tailored to client needs.
3. Deliver an engaging, emotional and hospitality-led client experience that reflects Gucci’s service standards and welcome protocols.
4. Proactively engage new and existing clients, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring each client feels valued from arrival.
5. Provide personalised styling advice, combining product knowledge and mix-and-match expertise to create complete looks.
6. Develop and expand a local and international client portfolio, actively recruiting and nurturing high-value clients.

1. Some experience working within a high-end luxury/fashion brand or in high-end hospitality.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Strong passion for and sound knowledge of Gucci and the luxury fashion sector.
4. Ability to perform productively in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment.
5. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Willingness to work varied hours and days, including weekends.
