1. Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships and deliver exceptional service both in-store and remotely.
2. Provide a personalized, client-centric experience to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
3. Utilize in-store technology to ensure a seamless and relevant client experience.
4. Collect and analyze client information to tailor services to individual preferences.
5. Drive sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
6. Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create new selling opportunities.
7. Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for all transactions, ensuring a positive client experience.
8. Utilize expert product knowledge and storytelling to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
9. Participate actively in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventory.
10. Adhere to policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.

1. 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
2. Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.

2. Strong communication skills.
3. Ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations.
4. Capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

A minimum of 2 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $16.50 USD per hour.
