Gucci Client Advisor

- Act as the Gucci brand ambassador, delivering best-in-class, personalized client experiences both in-store and remotely.
- Proactively recruit and develop a client base through in-person and virtual appointments to drive repeat business and meet sales KPIs.
- Use storytelling and expert product knowledge to advise on styling, selection, cross‑selling and upselling tailored to client needs.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data and POS transaction records to ensure a seamless One‑Gucci client experience across channels.
- Leverage in‑store technology to facilitate remote selling, virtual appointments and relevant client communications.
- Contribute to stock management, inventory activities and maintain optimal floor presentation in line with Gucci visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and loss‑prevention procedures while ensuring compliance with grooming and brand presentation standards.
- Support team collaboration by sharing insights, proposing solutions and contributing to a constructive store environment.
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion or high‑end retail sales experience with a strong, demonstrable track record.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling.
- High degree of professionalism, ethics and integrity with the capacity to build trust with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

At least two years' experience in luxury fashion or premium retail settings, with a proven record of driving sales, developing client relationships and using in‑store and remote selling strategies.
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is desirable but not mandatory.
