- Maintain a consistent client experience across all transactions, including exchanges and repairs.
- Guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions through expert product knowledge and honest styling advice.
- Participate in all store operations, including stock maintenance and inventory management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- Ensure accurate processing of POS transactions and capture of client information.
- Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different clients and situations.
- Proficient in client relationship management and sales techniques.

A minimum of two years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service role, with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships and achieve sales targets.
