- Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by maintaining the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales and requests.
- Discuss and advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, fostering a positive working environment.
- Ensure store security standards are upheld to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room and understock.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High flexibility and adaptability to different customer needs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
