- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals for both individual and store performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales and requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stockroom and understock.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
