- Acquire, maintain and grow a loyal clientele through proactive engagement and regular personalised communication.
- Act as a brand ambassador by conveying Gucci’s vision and nurturing customer loyalty.
- Consistently pursue and achieve monthly sales objectives and individual targets.
- Manage client enquiries and after‑sales requests proactively and independently, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional service standards: anticipate client needs, make tailored recommendations and present alternatives.
- Continuously develop product knowledge across best sellers, new arrivals and full category assortments.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure in‑store displays reflect global visual guidelines.
- Undertake store operations including cashiering, daily closing settlements and adherence to in‑store SOPs.
- Support inventory control: receiving and packing stock, executing category scans, cycle counts and replenishment of merchandise.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in retail or service, preferably with proven performance in luxury fashion.
- Demonstrable customer‑service orientation with a strong sales drive and target focus.
- Independent decision‑maker with sound judgement and accountability.
- Inquisitive, confident communicator able to engage high‑value clients and build long‑term relationships.

Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on retail or customer‑service experience, preferably within luxury fashion, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering premium client service.
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational or post‑secondary qualification in retail, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
