- Achieve personal and store sales targets, enhancing and developing store operations.

- Ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and in accordance with Gucci's visual merchandising principles.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and brand image.
- Manage inventory accurately and safely, ensuring product integrity and security.
- Adhere to Gucci's dress code and grooming standards.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or customer service.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining client records and data management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising and store maintenance.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.
