1. Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and exceptional client service.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador to promote brand loyalty and convey the brand vision.
3. Achieve monthly sales objectives proactively.
4. Independently manage client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
5. Provide exceptional service standards, suggestions, and anticipate future client needs.
6. Continuously learn about best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge, and category information.
7. Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
8. Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures.
9. Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlement.
10. Manage stock receiving and packing in assigned categories.
11. Conduct inventory scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
12. Replenish display merchandise as needed.

1. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion.

A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a similar capacity within the retail or service industry, with a preference for experience in luxury fashion.
