1. 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
2. Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
