1. Advise clients throughout their buying journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

1. Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong understanding of fashion trends and product characteristics.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry is preferred.
