1. Deliver personalised, high-touch client service throughout the customer journey, from first contact to after-sales follow-up.
2. Present and style the collection according to Gucci visual and brand standards, ensuring impeccable product presentation.
3. Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and conversion of footfall into sales.
4. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate product features, materials and craftsmanship to clients.
5. Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and client records with accuracy and discretion.
6. Contribute to store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining luxury retail standards.
7. Uphold brand values and represent Gucci professionally at all times, fostering long-term client relationships.
