- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
- Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and upselling to increase sales.
- Engage with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market, building and strengthening customer relationships.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and attract potential ones.
- Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.
