1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
3. Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and upselling to increase sales.
4. Engage with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market, building and strengthening customer relationships.
5. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and attract potential ones.

7. Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.
