1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
2. Strong understanding of fashion trends and luxury products.
3. Ability to embody and represent the brand's values and standards.

Prior experience in luxury retail or a customer-focused role is required.

High school diploma or equivalent.
