1. Represent the Gucci brand to clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
2. Guide clients through every stage of the buying journey, offering expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
3. Present the collection in alignment with brand standards, maintaining the brand's image and values.
4. Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
5. Support store management in various retail activities.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
3. Ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.
