- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to foster client relationships and personalize future interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Support daily store operations by keeping understock and stock rooms organized.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- 1-2 years of luxury fashion sales experience or similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales results.
- Demonstrated capability to build enduring relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with multitasking ability.
