- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality sales.
- Capture meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide follow-up on sales or client requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to upholding the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and guidelines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
