1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
3. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and build lasting relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
