- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing business development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Drive and surpass individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data using company CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Support the visual display of products in line with Gucci visual standards.
- Contribute to daily store operations by maintaining organized understock and stock rooms.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.
- 1-2 years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1-2 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a comparable customer service role.
