1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings, exceeding client expectations.
3. Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs, propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and enhance sales.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, communicating effectively with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market.
5. Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring a comfortable shopping experience.
6. Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
7. Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse as per company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
