1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
3. Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building rapport and strengthening customer relationships.
5. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and attract new prospects.
6. Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's guidelines and maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom.
7. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
