- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
- Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building rapport and strengthening customer relationships.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and attract new prospects.
- Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's guidelines and maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom.
