1. Deliver the Gucci selling ceremony: greet, engage and advise clients to create a bespoke luxury shopping experience.
2. Demonstrate expert knowledge of product ranges and brand heritage to build trust and drive loyalty.
3. Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities through cross-selling and up‑selling across categories.
4. Maintain and update customer records using company CRM to support retention and identify high‑potential clients.
5. Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure sales floor presentation meets Gucci visual standards.
6. Support stock replenishment, merchandise inventory and store operational standards in line with corporate procedures.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and store sales targets and foster a cooperative team environment.
8. Adhere to Gucci grooming and brand presentation guidelines at all times.

1. Proven experience in an advisory or sales role within fashion retail, preferably in the luxury segment.
2. Documented ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
3. Deep passion for fashion and high-end luxury products, with strong commercial awareness.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging clients of diverse nationalities and profiles.
5. High adaptability, resilience and capacity to perform in a fast‑paced retail environment.
6. Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
