1. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
5. Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
8. Ensure store security standards are upheld to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
10. Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
11. Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
3. Proven ability to exceed sales results and build lasting customer relationships.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Team-focused with a collaborative approach.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs.
10. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $16.90 USD to $18.00 USD per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
