7. Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
8. Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
9. Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for all transactions.
10. Utilize expert product knowledge and storytelling to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
11. Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventory.
12. Adhere to all policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.

1. 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
2. Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.

2. Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude.
3. Ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations.
4. Capability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.

A minimum of two years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $16.50 to $18.00 USD per hour.
