- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
- Capture meaningful customer data using CRM tools for relationship building and client development.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for the industry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
- Maintain a neat and organized stockroom.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High flexibility and adaptability to different customer needs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service setting is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The base salary range is $16.50 USD to $18.00 USD per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
