- Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming, listening to, and assisting clients, showcasing in-depth product knowledge and the heritage of Gucci's selling ceremony.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring a comfortable shopping experience.
- Maintain and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing clients and identify potential high-value customers.
- Promote cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Encourage open communication with team members, collaborating effectively and proposing solutions.
- Assist in managing product visual displays in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory checks.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and strategic vision in the fashion industry.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Experience in fashion, retail, or related fields.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
