- Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships and deliver best-in-class service both in-store and remotely.
- Provide a personalized, client-centric experience to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
- Develop and expand the client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing ones.
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure a seamless and relevant client experience.
- Collect and utilize meaningful client information to customize services and enhance client satisfaction.
- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for all transactions to ensure a positive client experience.
- Utilize expert product knowledge and storytelling to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Participate actively in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventory management.
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude.
- Ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations.
- Proficiency in using in-store technology and digital tools.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A minimum of two years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role, demonstrating a strong track record in building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $15.50 USD per hour, with considerations for experience, skill set, and geographic location.
