Responsibilities
- Engage and establish strong relationships with clients, offering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely.
- Deliver a personalized, client-centric experience to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
- Build rapport with clients by discovering their needs and aspirations.
- Develop client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing ones.
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure a smooth and pleasant client experience.
- Collect meaningful client information to customize services.
- Provide insights on local lifestyle trends to enhance the client experience.
- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional client experience through hospitality and luxury gestures.
- Use effective selling techniques to drive sales and maintain a client-centric attitude.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for transactions.
- Guide clients to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Participate in store operations such as stock maintenance and inventory.
- Adhere to policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention.
- Process POS transactions accurately and uphold visual display standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude.
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients and situations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.

Experience Requirements

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $15.50 USD.
