1. Represent the Gucci brand to clients, embodying its values and standards.
2. Guide clients through every stage of the buying journey, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
3. Advise customers on styles, product characteristics, and current fashion trends.
4. Support store management in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
5. Present the collection in accordance with brand standards, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.
3. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

2. Proficiency in client relationship management.
3. Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
4. Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.

Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail or a similar customer service environment.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
