- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail or a similar customer service environment.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
